What Happens Next

• We ring you back. Same working day where we can, next morning at the latest. We will ask a few questions about the property and the boiler so we arrive prepared.
• We survey. A visit to check gas supply size, flue routing options, incoming mains flow rate and system condition, plus a room-by-room heat loss calculation. This is what makes a quote accurate rather than a guess.
• You get it in writing. An itemised quote breaking out the boiler, labour, gas supply work, flue work, system flush and filter. No single mystery figure, and nothing that appears later as an extra.

You are under no obligation at any stage, and we do not chase. If the quote is not right for you, that is the end of it.

What to Have Ready

None of this is essential, but it makes the first call quicker.

• The make and model of your existing boiler, usually printed on the front or inside the casing
• Roughly how old it is, and whether it has been serviced regularly
• Whether the fault is intermittent or the boiler has stopped altogether
• Any error code showing on the display — note it before you reset, because resetting clears it
• How many bathrooms the property has, and whether more than one is used at the same time
